Ang Pemba Lama Sherpa was born in the year 1981 in Bhandar, Ramechhap district in the eastern hilly district of Nepal. From the time he was in Kathmandu campus, he used to go to the mountains with foreign tourists as a guide in order to get some financial support for his studies. As the process progressed, he developed a desire to travel to the mountains with foreigners and guide them, and for a long time now, he has been working as a senior guide with Pure Sherpa Adventure.
