Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions govern your relationship with Pure Sherpa Adventure (P) Ltd when you book any trek, expedition, or travel service. By confirming a booking you agree to the following terms.
1. Bookings & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total trip cost is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before the departure date. Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.
2. Cancellations by the Client
Cancellations must be notified in writing to info@puresherpa.com.np. The following charges apply:
- More than 60 days before departure: deposit only (20%)
- 30–60 days before departure: 50% of total trip cost
- 15–29 days before departure: 75% of total trip cost
- Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total trip cost
3. Cancellations by the Company
The Company reserves the right to cancel any trip due to insufficient group numbers, natural disasters, political instability, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases a full refund or alternative departure date will be offered.
4. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance including emergency medical evacuation cover is compulsory for all participants. You must provide proof of insurance before departure.
5. Itinerary Changes
The Company reserves the right to alter itineraries for reasons of safety, weather, or logistics. Every effort will be made to maintain the overall character of the trip.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Company acts as an agent for hotels, transport operators, and other service providers. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by third-party service providers or events beyond our control.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
